Ascot Care Carers

Our Care Workers are hard working, dedicated individuals who thrive on helping our clients live independently. We ensure that the care we provide conforms to the National Care Standards. Ascot Care have recently been inspected had our CQC inspection where we received the rating good.

Our employment screening process ensures that our care workers are DBS checked and have suitable references. All Ascot Care employees are chosen for their integrity, enthusiasm and passion for their work. This combined with the training that they receive means that all of our care workers are able to provide expert care for all of our clients.

In order to maintain a high quality of care, all our care workers undergo ongoing professional development. As well as initial training to prepare all of our care workers for a rewarding career in care. All of our carers receive the same basic training. However, carers are able to contact our care coordinators if they would like to receive specialist care training.

We encourage our employees to obtain formal qualifications in caring through the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) system.  Ascot Care are happy to support our staff in gaining qualifications.
