Marlene Riecker is our dedicated Director of Pastoral Support and a founding director of Ascot Care. Marlene’s commitment to the emotional well-being of our community has been central to our mission since 2008. Marlene has over 30 years of Nursing experience, specialising in Mental Health, and provides essential holistic guidance to ensure we deliver person-centred care.

Randolph Riecker

Compliance Director

Randolph Riecker is the Director of Compliance and a founding director of Ascot Care. Randolph has been instrumental in upholding our high standards since 2008. Randolph has a wealth of experience in Business and IT, leading our regulatory requirements and quality assurance. Randolph’s Business Degree ensures Ascot Care remains a safe, structured, and legally robust organization.

Lagin Riecker

Registered Manager

Lagin Riecker is our Registered Manager, spearheading the strategic growth, financial stability, and operational standards of the company. He directs business development and organisational leadership. Lagin joined in 2017, holds AAT Certificates in Accounting, and has completed an intensive 3-year Professional Development & Leadership course.

Jess Meredith

Senior Coordinator

Jess Meredith is our Senior Care Coordinator, leading operational excellence and staff development. She originally started as a Domiciliary Care Worker, gaining extensive clinical knowledge and expertise in complex care. Jess joined the team in 2017 and now focuses on maintaining high standards across our entire service.

April Alexander

Care Coordinator

April Alexander is one of our Care Coordinators, managing the Domiciliary Care service and staff liaison. With 16 years of experience across care homes and homecare, April brings an advanced understanding of practical delivery. April joined the team in 2025, providing valuable expertise to ensure our rotas remain efficient.

Maisie Rendell

Care Coordinator

Maisie is one of our Care Coordinators, leading the Live-in Care service and staff liaison. Having joined the Ascot Care team in 2021, she possesses extensive experience as a frontline care worker. Maisie moved into the office in 2025, utilising her practical expertise to manage the complexities of our specialist Live-in rotas.

Birgit Clifford

Finance Manager

Birgit Clifford is our Finance Manager, providing strategic oversight of the company’s financial operations, payroll, and invoicing. As our primary financial contact, she brings a wealth of expertise to the leadership team. Since joining us in 2016, Birgit has been instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity and long-term sustainability of our service.

David Platts

Field Supervisor

David Platts is our Field Care Supervisor, bridging the gap between office strategy and frontline care. He oversees staff training, reviews, and quality assurance with immense compassion. David joined the team in 2010; his unrivaled dedication and kindness ensure our high standards are delivered personally to every client.

Joining us in 2025, Alison is an amazing and exceptionally well-liked member of our team. Highly dedicated, she balances a busy schedule and puts in a fair amount of hours to provide outstanding, premium care and a familiar, reassuring face to a wide variety of our wonderful local clients.

Darran Hide

Domiciliary Care Worker

Darran is an outgoing, friendly professional who thrives on helping others. Highly organised with an acute eye for detail, Darran previously worked as a Chef, providing our clients with incredible, nutritious meals. Joining in 2016, he remains a dedicated and invaluable member of the team.

Lux joined the team in early 2024 and has rapidly evolved into a highly versatile and experienced professional. Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference, Lux provides compassionate, person-centred support that empowers our clients to thrive independently in their own homes.

Joining us in 2025, Tia is a wonderful and vibrant addition to our care team. As one of our younger team members, she brings an abundance of fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a compassionate heart to her role, quickly becoming a highly valued and reassuring presence for our local clients.

Margie Crabb

Live-in Care Worker

Margie was originally born and brought up in Southern Africa. Margie’s working background was working in retail, however she relocated to the UK seeking new opportunities in England. Margie finds great satisfaction in working with the elderly. Margie joined the team in 2019.

Coco Cosmin

Live-in Care Worker

Joining us in early 2025, Coco brings a bright, outgoing energy and a brilliant sense of humor to our team. An exceptional care worker, he specialises in round-the-clock Live-in Care, consistently delivering person-centred support to a wide variety of our wonderful clients.

Deirdre Burke

Live-in Care Worker

Deirdre was originally born in South Africa, however she now lives in England local to Horsham. Deirdre loves to cook and make a difference to people’s lives. Deirdre is now specialising in Dementia care and has a lovely gentle nature. Deirdre joined the team in the latter part of 2022.

Janet Cave

Live-in Care Worker

Joining us in 2022, Janet is a highly experienced and invaluable member of our Live-in Care team. Deeply committed to her clients, her years of dedicated service and warm, attentive approach ensure that those she cares for receive the highest standard of premium, round-the-clock support in their own homes.
