Meet the team

Joanne Medhurst is our Care Manager. Jo’s main responsibilities are the management and training of the care staff and communication with current clients. Jo will be your first port of call if you have any major concerns or complaints.

Lagin Riecker is our Operations Manager. Lagin is responsible for all aspects of business development and finance. Lagin has a lot of involvement in new client and new carer onboarding as well as managing Moving & Handling training

Maria Stack is our Client Relationship Manager. Maria’s main responsibilities are communicating with the clients allocated to her and carrying out any risk assessments and training for our carers.

Jess Ames is one of our Care Coordinators. Jess is now looking after field observations, spot checks, training and is our main contact for all carers with queries out in the field and practical care queries.

Teodora Stoyanovska is one of our Care Coordinators. Teo’s main responsibility will be to organise and manage all of the rota’s. Teo will be looking after the oncall mailbox to ensure continuity of communication between carers and clients.

Birgit Clifford is our financial administrator. Birgit’s main responsibilities are processing the payroll and invoicing. Birgit will be the first port of call for invoicing for clients or any payroll queries for carers.
