Marlene Riecker

Founder & Director

Marlene Riecker is one of the founders & directors of Ascot Care. Marlene’s vision for providing care in peoples homes, has been carried through Ascot Care since 2008. Marlene has over 30 years of Nursing experience from General Nursing to Specialising in Mental Health Nursing and wanted to make a difference to peoples lives, in a unique way.

Randolph Riecker

Founder & Director

Randolph Riecker is one of the founders & directors of Ascot Care. Randolph was instrumental in starting Ascot Care in 2008 with Marlene. Randolph has a wealth of experience in Business and IT and heads up our compliance and regulatory requirements within the Business. Randolph’s Degree in Business has enabled Ascot Care to flourish as a growing company.

Management Team

Lagin Riecker

Registered Manager

Lagin Riecker is our Registered Manager. Lagin is responsible for overseeing all the care delivered and is responsible for all aspects of Business Development & Finance. Lagin Has a lot of involvement in New Client onboarding & New Care Worker Recruitment. Lagin joined the team in 2017.

Jess Ames

Senior Care Coordinator

Jess Ames is our Senior Care Coordinator. Jess is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of rotas and staff management. Jess orginally started as a Domiciliary Care Worker and has gained extensive knowledge in the intricacies of providing care for people. Jess joined the team in 2017.

Betsy Barlow

Care Coordinator

Betsy Barlow is one of our Care Coordinators. Betsy is responsible for processing the Domiciliary Care rota and all aspects of staff liaison. Betsy has years of experience in Domiciliary Care and has gained great understanding into practical care delivery. Betsy joined the team in 2022.

Katy Marcus

Care Coordinator

Katy Marcus is one of our Care Coordinators. Katy is responsible for processing the Live-in Care rota and all aspects of staff liaison. Katy has experience in both Live-in & Domiciliary Care and is a new member of our management team. Katy was promoted into the management team in 2023.

Birgit Clifford

Financial Administrator

Birgit Clifford is our Financial Administrator. Birgit is responsible for processing & overseeing the payroll & invoicing on a monthly basis. Birgit is our first port of call for invoicing & payroll queries. Birgit has a wealth of experience in Financial Administration. Birgit joined the team in 2016.

Maria Stack

Senior Consultant

Maria Stack is our Senior Consultant. Maria is responsible for overseeing our strategic partnerships and providing specialist internal advice. Maria has a wealth of experience as a Registered Nurse and previously being the lead Care Coordinator of a top, local Doctor’s surgery. Maria joined the team in 2019.

David Platts

Field Supervisor

David Platts is our Field Care Supervisor. David is responsible for spot checks on staff in the field and overseeing training & staff reviews. David has been an incredibly dedicated member of our team and has gained unrivalled knowledge of providing Care. David joined the team in 2010.

Domiciliary Care team

We have a team of over 20 Domiciliary care workers, however this is just a selection of our dedicated team.

Sarah Smith

Domiciliary Care Worker

Sarah previously used to work for British Airways as cabin crew and decided to have a change of career. Sarah went into caring for the elderly, which she thoroughly enjoys. Sarah loves cooking, trying to keep fit and looking after her young Grandson. Sarah joined the team in 2016.

Darran Hide

Domiciliary Care Worker

Darran is an outgoing, friendly person with a good sense of humour and thrives on helping others. Darran is a very organised staff member with an acute eye for detail. Darran was previously a Chef so cooks some incredible food for our clients. Darran joined the team in 2016.

Maureen Coleman

Domiciliary Care Worker

Maureen spent most of her working career looking after her two daughters, who had complex care needs. Maureen chose to get involved in care work, as it was a perfect fit for her skills. Maureen really enjoys making a difference to people’s lives. Maureen joined the team in 2013.

We have a team of over 40 Live-in care workers, however this is just a selection of our dedicated team.

Alison Gill

Live-in Care Worker

Alison has worked in the care industry for 25 years. Alison loves to help people by cooking meals for families with new-borns or volunteering at her local church. Alison’s purpose is to love people unconditionally and to make a difference in society. Alison joined the team in 2021.

Margie Crabb

Live-in Care Worker

Margie was originally born and brought up in Southern Africa. Margie’s working background was working in retail, however she relocated to the UK seeking new opportunities in England. Margie finds great satisfaction in working with the elderly. Margie joined the team in 2019.

Tania Miteva

Live-in Care Worker

Tania has been a care worker for over 10 years and has worked with all different levels of care complexities. Originally born in Bulgaria, she now lives in England local to Horsham. Tania can impressively speak 6 different languages and loves to cook. Tania joined the team in 2021.
